Patient previously underwent a periareolar subglandular breast augmentation with 600cc High Profile Silicone Implants by another surgeon. Dr. Hoefflin performed breast revision surgery by exchanging the implants into a submuscular position using Allergan/Natrelle style 15 (Moderate Profile), 339 cc smooth round silicone gel implants, inverted T anchor scar.
